The Blind Spot Concept
Definition
The protagonist exists in a systemic blind spot.
She is:
- Partially recognized by machines
- Ignored or misread by daemons
- Overlooked by humans who trust system readouts
She is not absent she is unindexed. This is caused by the massive overhall of the AI Network. She was created due to an error in the population index that to this day clocks all people born on the planet/in the spheres of influence of the AIs When there is a overflow of ID Numbers instead of rebooting into the next sequence the input from here was “Null” Therefor causing errors in machines and other personal indexs when she is examined.
Machine Interaction
- Security systems fail to log her correctly
- Sensors produce incomplete or contradictory data
- Automated punishments and tracking misfire
- Automatic doors dont recoginze her and she tends to be locked out of areas
Human Consequence
- Authority figures trust data over observation.
- If the system doesn’t see her clearly, neither do they.
- Others around her that would recongize her to be “Lucky” as work duties are passed over when they rightfull should be hers.
